Leaf Art of Stillness 🍃

Today, Grace the Bee invites you to slow down and notice the quiet beauty of nature.

When we walk outside — listening to the wind, feeling the air, and looking for leaves — we give our minds a chance to rest and our hearts a chance to breathe.

Collect a few fallen leaves of different shapes, colors, or sizes. As you walk, take time to notice the sound of your steps, the rustle of the trees, and how the sunlight feels. That’s mindfulness — being right here, right now. 🌿

🍂 Craft Idea: Leaf Art of Stillness

🖍️ Once you return home, use your leaves to create something calming:

  • Make leaf rubbings with crayons on paper.
  • Glue them into a “Nature Frame” around a favorite photo or drawing.
  • Paint the leaves in soft pastel shades and label them “Peace,” “Calm,” or “Joy.”

Let your leaf art remind you that calm is something we can always return to — just like the trees return to stillness after the wind passes.

💛 Grace’s Thought for the Day:

“Every leaf has its own quiet story — and when we listen, we find our calm.”
