Grace the Bee’s Favorite Christmas Moments

Grace the Bee woke up feeling happy and cozy.

Christmas had come and gone, but the warmth of it still lingered in the hive. Wrapping paper rested in quiet piles, toys were scattered about, and everyone moved a little slower than usual.

Grace smiled.

“This feels nice,” she thought.

Grace realized something special — even after Christmas Day is over, the memories stay with us.

So, Grace decided today would be about remembering the moments that made her smile the most.

Grace’s After-Christmas Thought
Christmas doesn’t end all at once.
The joy stays in our hearts a little longer.

Christmas Memory Game

“Favorite Things”

This is a simple, no-prep game you can play anywhere.

How to Play:

Take turns sharing one of the following:

  • Your favorite gift

  • Your favorite food or treat

  • Your favorite moment

  • Your favorite person you spent time with

Kids can:

  • Say it out loud

  • Draw it

  • Act it out

There are no right answers — every memory counts.

🌼 Make It Extra Fun

Try one of these ideas:

  • Guess each other’s answers

  • Turn memories into a silly drawing

  • Create a “favorite moments” list together

Laughter is part of the game!

Grown-Up Note

This activity helps children:

  • Practice gratitude naturally

  • Process excitement after a big holiday

  • Feel heard and valued

Simple reflection through play can be very comforting after busy days.

Closing Thought

Just like Grace the Bee, remembering happy moments helps us hold onto joy a little longer. Christmas may be over, but the love, laughter, and memories are still buzzing in our hearts.
