One Small Kind Act

Grace the Bee has a challenge for you today!

After thinking about kindness yesterday, Grace realized something important —
kindness isn’t just something we talk about.
It’s something we do.

Grace looked around the garden and saw lots of chances to be kind:
A bee who dropped pollen
A butterfly looking for space to rest
A flower that needed a gentle nudge toward the sun

None of these moments were big…
but each one mattered.

So today, Grace has a simple challenge just for you.

Grace’s Bee-Kind Challenge
Choose one small kind act to do today:

  • Smile at someone

  • Say “thank you”

  • Help clean up

  • Hold the door

  • Share something kind

You only need to choose one.

After you do it, pause for a moment and notice:

  • How did it make you feel?

  • How did it make the other person feel?

Grown-Up Tip

Help children focus on the feeling of kindness, not rewards or praise.
You might say:

  • “I noticed how gentle you were.”

  • “How did that feel in your heart?”

This helps kindness grow from the inside out.

Grace’s Gentle Reminder

Every small kind act adds light to the world.
Grace believes your kindness matters — even when no one else sees it.
