Every Time You Try, Your Bravery Grows.

 Today is Try It Tu

esday
, and Grace the Bee has an important reminder for us:

You don’t have to do big brave things to be brave.
Trying one small thing is enough.

Sometimes bravery feels exciting.
Sometimes it feels wiggly, quiet, or a little scary.

And that’s okay.

What Does “Trying” Mean?

Trying means giving something a chance even if you’re unsure how it will go.

Trying can look like:

  • Raising your hand once

  • Saying hello first

  • Tasting one bite of a new food

  • Asking for help

  • Trying again after a mistake

  • Taking one deep breath before doing something hard

You don’t have to be perfect.
You don’t have to keep going if it feels like too much.

Trying once already counts as brave.

Today’s Small Brave Challenge

Grace the Bee invites you to choose one small brave step today.

Ask yourself:

  • What feels a little hard right now?

  • What is one tiny step I could try?

Then try it just once.

Even thinking about trying is a brave beginning.

If It Feels Hard

Sometimes our bodies feel nervous when we try something new.
That doesn’t mean we should stop.

Grace says:

  • Put your hand on your heart

  • Take one slow breath

  • Say: “I can try.”

Your body will catch up with your bravery.

Grace’s Try It Rule

You don’t have to:

  • Finish the whole thing

  • Get it right

  • Be the best

Trying is the brave part.

Every small try helps your confidence grow.

Celebrate Your Brave Step

After you try, take a moment to notice:

  • How did your body feel?

  • What did you learn?

  • What are you proud of?

Even if it didn’t go the way you hoped, Grace is proud of you for trying.

For Parents & Caregivers

You can support Try It Tuesday by:

  • Letting kids choose their own brave step

  • Praising effort, not outcomes

  • Saying things like:

    • “You tried that was brave.”

    • “I’m proud of you forgiving it a chance.”

    • “Trying once is enough.”

Grace says:
Every time you try, your bravery grows.
